Under SEWP VI Category A, Divine Imaging provides federal agencies with information and communications technology (ICT) hardware, commercial software and licensing, cloud technologies and subscriptions, and the product-based services associated with delivering and supporting those solutions. Divine Imaging operates as a value-added reseller: we do not manufacture hardware or develop commercial software, and every product we deliver is sourced through OEM-authorized channels.

How to Request a Quote and Place an Order

1. Prepare your requirement Identify products, quantities, and any delivery, installation, or support needs. If you would like help identifying part numbers or building a bill of materials, contact us — there is no charge and no obligation.
2. Submit a Request for Quote through the SEWP Quote Request Tool Log in to the QRT and submit your RFQ. Select Divine Imaging, Inc. as a recipient, or issue the request to SEWP VI Category A so it reaches all eligible Category A Contract Holders in accordance with Fair Opportunity (FAR 16.505(b)).
3. Receive our quote We return quotes through the SEWP system. Quotes include pricing, delivery schedule, applicable warranty terms, and any credit-card surcharge (none is charged unless stated on the quote).
4. Issue your order through SEWP Delivery Orders are submitted by the issuing agency to the NASA SEWP PMO, not to Divine Imaging directly. The PMO processes and forwards the order with its SEWP Control Number. Government purchase cards and EFT are accepted regardless of order size.
5. Track and receive Track order status through the SEWP system. Divine Imaging provides status updates on request and notifies the ordering Contracting Officer and the SEWP PMO within two business days if any item cannot ship on schedule.

Fair Opportunity

SEWP VI is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. Ordering activities must provide all Contract Holders in the selected category a fair opportunity to be considered for each order, consistent with FAR 16.505(b). Divine Imaging welcomes the opportunity to compete for your requirement.

Agency Administrative Handling Fee

A NASA SEWP Agency Administrative Handling Fee not to exceed 0.34% of the total order price is included in all orders under SEWP VI and remitted to the NASA SEWP PMO. It is not an additional charge from Divine Imaging. The current fee percentage is posted on the SEWP website.

Ordering Terms

Order, delivery, and payment terms under SEWP VI

Minimum order	$25 (FAR 52.216-19)
Geographic coverage	CONUS; OCONUS by mutual agreement and subject to prevailing shipping rates; designated consolidation points.
F.O.B.	Destination (CONUS). OCONUS subject to prevailing shipping rates.
Time of delivery	Standard delivery within 30 calendar days of receipt and processing of the order at the SEWP PMO (or of placement, for purchase-card orders), per the SEWP VI contract. In-stock items typically ship within 10 business days. Expedited or non-standard schedules may be quoted per item.
Expedited delivery	Overnight and 2-day delivery available at additional cost. Contact your Divine Imaging representative to arrange.
Delivery delays	If an item cannot be delivered on schedule, Divine Imaging notifies the ordering Contracting Officer and the SEWP PMO within two business days with the expected delivery date.
Export packing	Determined individually per order.
Inspection and acceptance	Final acceptance is the responsibility of the ordering agency's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or receiving official.
Government purchase cards	Accepted on all orders regardless of size. No surcharge unless stated on the quote.
Methods of payment	EFT, FedPay, GovPay, NetPay, MILSTRIP, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). WAWF Fast Pay is required for all international orders and all orders exceeding $50,000.
Prompt payment terms	2% – 15 days / Net 30 on orders over $150,000. Prompt payment terms cannot be negotiated out of the contractual agreement in exchange for other concessions.
Quantity discounts	Negotiable. Contact Divine Imaging to discuss volume pricing.
Service and distribution points	Nationwide. A complete list is available on request.

Warranty, Returns, and Post-Delivery Support

Warranty

All products carry the original equipment manufacturer's standard commercial warranty, which Divine Imaging passes directly to the government end user. Warranty duration and terms vary by manufacturer and product line and are identified on each quote. An extended warranty may be purchased at any time during the standard commercial warranty period, and discounted monthly maintenance is available in lieu of an extended warranty at the Government's option.

Product Integrity and Supply Chain

Divine Imaging maintains a NASA SEWP VI Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Plan and sources exclusively through OEM-authorized distributors or directly from the manufacturer or publisher, so that every product travels through a documented, authorized chain of custody. We do not source from gray-market brokers or secondary marketplaces. Where available, we prioritize ENERGY STAR and EPEAT-registered products.

Under its SEWP VI contract, Divine Imaging subcontracts to AbilityOne nonprofit agencies — organizations that employ people who are blind or have significant disabilities, affiliated with SourceAmerica and the National Industries for the Blind — on qualifying orders. Divine Imaging's formal AbilityOne subcontracting agreement is in progress.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge if the cancellation is received within 24 hours of order placement and the product has not shipped.

Returns

Return policy

Situation	Policy
Damaged or defective on arrival	Report within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or replacement. Remedies are those provided under the manufacturer's warranty.
Standard return (non-defective)	Permitted within 30 days of ship date for merchandise in new, unopened, resalable condition in original packaging. Subject to a 25% restocking fee plus original and return shipping.
Computers and consumer electronics	Non-returnable except for damage or defect. Divine Imaging may, at its discretion, approve an exception or exchange within 30 days for items in new, unopened condition; approved exceptions are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus original and return shipping.
End-of-life products	Products identified as end-of-life at time of order cannot be returned except for damage or defect.
Return authorization	All returns must be authorized in advance by email or fax. Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Divine Imaging before shipping any item. Two or more unsuccessful pickup attempts incur additional call-tag fees.

Section 508 Accessibility

All ICT products delivered under SEWP VI are required to conform to the Revised Section 508 Standards (36 CFR Part 1194). An Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR, typically prepared using the VPAT template) is available on request for any ICT product quoted. Standards are at Section508.gov.
